Where We Ship
- Domestic: Botswana (nationwide courier).
- Regional: SADC region.
- Continental: West and East Africa
- International: Selected countries via express partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx). Availability and rates are shown at checkout.
- Selected Countries include;

- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
Processing Times
- Standard: 7 business days after order confirmation (excludes weekends/holidays).
- During peak periods items may require more time.
- If there’s a delay beyond this, we’ll notify you via email, or it is sold on pre order basis with stated dispatch periods.
Shipping Options & Estimated Timelines (after dispatch)
- Botswana (standard): 1–7 business days.
- SADC (express): 7-15 business days.
- International (express): 7-15 business days.
Note: Customs or carrier delays may extend timelines.
Shipping Fees
- Calculated at checkout (destination, weight/volume, service level).
- Promotional free shipping thresholds may apply.
Order Tracking
- Confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
- Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees.
- These charges are not included in item price or shipping cost.
- We cannot declare lower values or mark orders as “gifts.”
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Ensure address is correct at checkout. Re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Lost/Stolen Parcels: Once marked “delivered” by carrier, risk passes to the customer. For lost parcels in transit, contact us for carrier investigation.
- Failed Deliveries/Returns to Sender: If a parcel is returned, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (charges may apply) or issue store credit (shipping fees non-refundable).
Split Shipments
- We may ship items separately to meet timelines. No extra cost beyond checkout fees.
Packaging & Sustainability
We use right-sized and recyclable packaging where possible to reduce waste.
