• One exchange per order item; subject to stock availability.

• Made-to-order or customized items.
• Sample sale / clearance marked “Final Sale.”
• Underwear, swimwear, face masks, and similar hygiene items.
• Gift cards or downloadable products.

If you receive an incorrect/defective product:

1. Email admin@glottobrand.com within 5 days of delivery.
2. Include order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
3. After review, Glotto may offer repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.
4. If confirmed defective, Glotto covers reasonable return shipping or provides a prepaid label (where available).

2. Wait for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) & instructions.
3. Ship item back with a trackable courier (unless defective, costs are customer’s responsibility).
4. Once inspected, we’ll process the exchange within 3–5 business days.
