Glotto accepts returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Glotto cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not refund the cost of shipping, only the cost of item(s). Shipping costs are only refunded if you received Glotto garments proven faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Return shipments that are lost will not be refunded: for this reason we invite you to use a tracked shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges
For all our Botswana -customers exchanges are offered for free.
We can replace items if they are defective, damaged or if the size you purchased does not fit. In any case, please send us an email at info@glottobrand.com adding your purchase code and “Return” in the email subject. We will inform you about the exchange possibilities and process.
We currently do not offer international order exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
Glotto’s #GlottoGlow warranty
All Glotto garments are sustainably handcrafted with passion, respecting high quality standards. If you ever find some manufacturing imperfection, we will repair them and return them to you as new. If this would be not possible, we will replace your product with the same item, or with one of your choice among those available at the moment.
Glotto’s #GlottoGlow warranty is valid for two years after the purchase, for problems due to manufacturing and production. It does not include accidental damage caused by external agents after the purchase, incorrect washing and the normal wear due to the daily use of the garment.
Non-Returnable Glotto Garments
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Items marked as final sale.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Items without their original tags or packaging.
